I like to research and weed out (hence, the term "Gardener") all aspects of art and culture, particularly related to medieval and gothic eras and the Pre-Raphaelite movement. Other interests are flowers, animals (especially horses and dogs), off-beat fashion, essential oils, herbalism, natural perfume and potions, music, dance, literature, and poetry-- all with an emphasis towards a dark, romantic aesthetic (hence, the term "Gothic").

I admire the modern gothic style and aesthetic, though I am not nor have I ever been a goth. I am, however, of Nordic ethnicity and I do wear a lot of black.
